We have the pleasure to announce the
Fourth Edition of AUTUMN SCHOOL IN FOOD CHEMISTRY (ASFC)
in Pavia on October 1st-3rd, 2025.
The topic of the IV edition is RECENT METHODOLOGIES IN FOOD SAFETY
The School is aimed at PhD students, post-DOC fellows or pre-DOC fellows, and recent graduates who work in the Food Chemistry area.
The official language of the School will be English.
The participation to the School will be certified with 4 CFU.
 
3rd year PhD students will have the possibility to present their final research (oral - 20 minutes). For the other participants a time for short presentation (7 minutes) and a poster session will be organized.
 
 
REGISTRATION
The registration will open on 1st April 2025.
There are two registration options available to accommodate different needs.
Discounted registration fees are available for for members of the Società Chimica Italiana (SCI) and of ITACHEMFOOD.

AWARDS
The best short oral communication during the School will receive a full registration free of charge for the 5th edition in 2026.
The two best oral or poster presentations will receive a basic registration free of charge for the 4th edition in 2025 supported by ITACHEMFOOD.
